Your yoga practice will blend the beauty of the ocean with the rhythm of your yoga while exploring a beautiful new country. Surfing is the other part of your vacation. For the beginner surfer you will enroll in our Surf Camp and for the intermediate to advanced surfer you will join our Guided Surf Tours. For your Yoga instruction:
You will attend daily Yoga classes in our beautiful outdoor studio. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels of students as the yoga instructor will modify exercises to meet your Individual needs. We provide everything needed for your yoga classes. We offer our unique style of yoga which is designed to enhance your surfing and facilitate your mind, body and spirit. When you leave our Surf and Yoga Retreat, you’ll remember the great surfing, the warm water, friendly locals and the breathtaking Costa Rican sunsets.
For Your Surf Instruction:
Most of our guests are new to surfing and our Surf Camp is an excellent choice. You will receive 2 hours of personalized surf instruction per day. You will surf in the morning and again in the afternoon, for our sunset surf session, depending on tides. Sitting on your surfboard watching the sun set into the Pacific Ocean is truly incredible. Beautiful white sand beaches with 80 degree water and air temperatures year round, you will understand why Costa Rica is becoming the world’s most popular surf destination. You will travel in one of our Land Rover Defender's 4x4 trucks; our trucks allows us to travel to all those great out of the way beaches that Costa Rica is so famous for. Our Costa Rican surf instructors will treat you to the Costa Rica that most visitors never get to experience. We offer unique one of a kind surf vacations in Costa Rica.

A Typical Day…
· Your day will start with an early morning Yoga class.
· After class is completed you will enjoy a tropical breakfast.
· Then you off for surf lessons at one of our favorite beaches.
· After the morning surf session, you will go back to Hotel to relax and have lunch.
· For the afternoons you have many options. You can relax by the pool, go back to the beach to work on your tan, get a massage, go shopping at the many stores or join in on some of the activities that we provide.
· Around 3 pm you will go back to the beach for the sunset surf session. This is the best part of the day. You will surf until the sun sets into the ocean. Watching the sunset from the water is simply amazing, it’s one of those moments that you’ll always remember. Costa Rica is known for having some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world.
· For dinner there any many fine restaurants in Tamarindo. Most are in walking distance to the hotel. We will guide you to the best ones in town.
