Our Yoga classes are suitable for beginners to advanced students as the yoga instructor will modify exercises to meet your individual needs. Yoga sessions begin with loose relaxed stretching to warm up, progress through more vigorous and challenging yoga postures and are completed with deeper stretches and relaxation. Your yoga practice will blend the beauty of the ocean with the rhythm of your yoga while exploring a beautiful new country. Surfing is the other part of your vacation. For the beginner surfer you will enroll in our Surf Camp and for the intermediate to advanced surfer you will join our Guided Surf Tours. For Your Surf Instruction:
Beginner Surfers: For our guests that are new to surfing our Surf Camp is an excellent choice. You will receive over 2 hours of personalized surf instruction per day. Beautiful white sand beaches with 80 degree water and air temperatures year round, you will understand why Costa Rica is becoming the world’s most popular surf destination. You will travel in one of our Land Rover Defender's 4X4 trucks; our trucks allows us to travel to all those great out of the way beaches that Costa Rica is so famous for. Our Costa Rican surf instructors will treat you to the Costa Rica that most visitors never get to experience. We surf all the beaches that made this region of Costa Rica so famous. We offer truly one of a kind Surf Vacations to Costa Rica.
Tamarindo and Nosara have some of the best learn-to-surf waves in Costa Rica. We will have you catching waves your first day. You can surf as much as you like throughout your trip. For Intermediate and Advanced surfers: we offer Guided Surf Tours. Throughout your surf tour you will surf Costa Rica's best surf breaks depending on swell size, swell direction and wind. You will travel in either one of our Land Rover Defender's 4x4 or on our 28' panga boat depending where we are surfing that day. We also include a boat trip to surf Witch's Rock and Ollie's Point. Our local Costa Rican surf guides are competitive level surfers and their superior knowledge of the local surf is what sets our company apart.
